How I work.

Hover, focus or tap a step

I find what is getting in the way.

A rough pencil sketch of Adam with a tangled thought that becomes the path through the next two steps.
01 / THE PROBLEM

A family shop in Handlová had loyal regulars but no clear way to reward them. Perks depended on who was at the counter and whether anyone remembered.

I listen, observe, and test assumptions.

A cleaner pencil drawing of Adam examining the same thread through a magnifying glass.
02 / THE RESEARCH

I spoke with the shop owners and customers, observed how purchases happen at the counter, and mapped the whole experience. The pattern was clear: people liked being rewarded, but nobody knew where they stood.

I turn insights into an idea to test.

A finished ink drawing of Adam holding a map. The thread becomes a dotted route ending at an olive flag.
03 / THE DIRECTION

Instead of fixing rewards case by case, I proposed one system for the whole shop: customers earn points with every purchase and always see where they stand. The shop controls the rewards. A direction worth testing.

What’s
next?
